Enrico Gaspari and Antoine Lecourbe are the winners of the SSV category.
At the 34th Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge 2025, held from February 21 to 27, the Italian – French duo Enrico Gaspari and Antoine Lecourbe achieved a historic victory in the SSV (T4) category, dominating one of the most demanding races in the World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC).
Driving their BRP Can Am Maverick X3, equipped with Donerre Ripost Shock Absorbers, Gaspari and Lecourbe delivered an outstanding performance, overcoming the harsh desert conditions with precision and speed. Donerre shocks absorbers, renowned for their advanced impact absorption technology and exceptional stability on extreme terrains, played a crucial role in their success, allowing them to maintain a competitive pace and tackle the toughest sections of the race.
This victory not only secured them the first place in the W2RC´s SSV category but also marked a milestone for Italy in this discipline, establishing Gaspari as one of the most promising drivers in the class.
