  • Orders €1,000–€1,999: €18.
  • Orders over €2,000: Free.
• Express Delivery (next business day before noon):
  • Orders under €999: €28.
  • Orders over €1,000: €40.

Once an order is confirmed, the customer receives an email acknowledgment.

V. Prices

A. Products

Prices are expressed in EUR, including and excluding VAT, and are valid at the time of order.

B. Taxes and Duties

Customers outside France are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties.

VI. Payment Terms

VII. Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

• Damaged items must be refused upon delivery and reported immediately.
• Returns must be pre-authorized, and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

VIII. Withdrawal Period

Customers (natural persons) have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition at the customer’s expense.

Products with hidden defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

B. Liability

X. Ownership and Risk Transfer

Ownership transfers upon full payment. Risk transfers upon receipt of the order.
